A LOOK AT PROVENCE

First stop in Orange to visit the ancient theater and its still-standing stage wall.
Then, head up to Ardèche for a lunch break on the Ardèche plateau just before visiting Chauvet Cave 2, the reconstruction of the oldest cave decorated with drawings dating back 36,000 years. Visit the 250 m² of the cave’s reconstruction, as well as other areas of the site, allowing visitors to understand the life of prehistoric man.
Return to the Rhône Valley via the Pont d’Arc (a 54 m high natural mineral arch) and the first part of the Ardèche Gorges and its most impressive viewpoint.
Stop at Pont St Esprit before arriving in Avignon.
