GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – PROVENCE RÊVERIE

Reservations must be made in advance for all services provided by SARL Provence Rêverie.

Prices are in Euros, including VAT, and include transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle with fewer than 9 seats.

Please note that:
The law of September 17, 1997 prohibits eating and drinking in vehicles.
The law of September 17, 1977 prohibits smoking on board.

FOR TOURIST TOURS:

PRICES
The indicated price is per person. A minimum of 2 people is required for the tour to depart.

Depending on the tour, a different price may be offered for children, depending on the entrance fees to the sites visited.

Entrance fees to monuments or other options are included in the price when specified.

Unless otherwise indicated, for full-day tours, meals are at the client’s expense.

PAYMENT
50% of the total price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour by credit card to the driver at the departure point, or by bank transfer the day before departure.

Payment of the reservation for a tour via the Provence Rêverie website will be made through a payment link that will be sent to you.

Cancellation Fees:
From 48 to 24 hours before the tour: 50% of the price will not be refunded (i.e. the reservation amount).

If a medical certificate is provided: 100% of the amount already paid will be refunded.

If the client does not show up at the meeting time: no refund will be issued and 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the departure time. The driver will not wait for late arrivals in order not to penalize other customers and will depart on time.

No refund will be granted to clients who voluntarily interrupt a tour or miss the tour due to delays at visited sites.

TOUR CONDITIONS

A half-day tour lasts approximately 5.5 to 6 hours, and a full-day tour lasts at least 8 hours.

Exceptionally, tour schedules and durations may be subject to change.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour without compensation if safety requires it or if technical issues occur. We make every effort to ensure tours run under the best possible conditions; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, weather alerts, strikes, demonstrations, or exceptional closures of establishments.

Provence Rêverie cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or forgetting of personal belongings inside or outside the vehicles during or after excursions. Each participant is responsible for their own belongings.

BOOKING

Some services offered on the Provence Rêverie website are subject to availability. No compensation may be claimed if the chosen service is unavailable.

A booking will only be considered confirmed once the client has received the confirmation email from Provence Rêverie.

Using the website to order a service implies prior acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

An order confirmation summarizing the essential elements, such as identification of the booked service, the date, and the price, will be sent to the client by email.

BOOKING MODIFICATION

The client may request a modification to their booking (except for services marked as non-modifiable), subject to availability for the selected tour or date and provided that the change does not cause the cancellation of the originally scheduled tour due to insufficient participants.

If the modification cannot be made, the booking will be canceled (with fees according to the rates indicated).

Any modification request must be sent to the Provence Rêverie email address or via the contact form at least 3 days before the scheduled date.

FOR WEDDING SERVICES

PRICES

Prices indicated for daytime or evening shuttle services are hourly rates per van.

Prices indicated for transport between train stations or airports and the wedding venue are per van (from 2 to 7 passengers), depending on distance and transport schedules.

PAYMENT

30% of the quoted price is required as a deposit once the quote has been accepted by the client.

The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the wedding date, otherwise the service may be canceled.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

Transport in a 7 to 8-seat van

Shuttle services within a maximum radius of 15 km between accommodation locations and the wedding venue

Unlimited shuttle trips per hour

Minimum 2 consecutive hours of service per van (night service)

Minimum 1 hour for daytime service
