A half-day following in the footsteps of the Marquise de Sévigné and her granddaughter Pauline de Simiane, with visits to the Château de Grignan and the Château de Simiane in Valréas, as well as a walk through the villages.

There are families who can shape villages and leave a lasting mark on history… The family of the Marquise de Sévigné was one of them… Just as the structural transformations of the Château de Grignan and the Château de Simiane carried out at that time are still visible today, the Marquise de Sévigné’s letters have also stood the test of time thanks to Pauline. They offer us a glimpse into the life of the court of Louis XIV, as well as that of Grignan and Provence. We will take the time to visit the châteaux where they lived, as well as to introduce you to the emblematic places of Grignan and Valréas that they once knew.

Minibus tour (7 to 8 seats) with air conditioning
Pre-booking via the form – 50% payment required at the time of reservation, upon confirmation by Provence Rêverie via a link sent by email or SMS
Balance payment: 48 hours before departure by bank transfer or payment link
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price is non-refundable
In case of no-show at the scheduled meeting time: no refund

Tarifs

The price indicated is per person and includes transport with a driver-guide as well as visits to the châteaux. The price variation between sectors depends on the distance and travel time from the departure point.
